The following is a list of terms that every member must agree to while using the service.

We offer a great free service and require members to follow these rules so the exchange will continue to benefit all people involved.

Qualifying Sites:
FreeBannerExchange.org currently accept most websites. We do not guarantee approval! Your site will be reviewed and approved manually by our admins.
Your site must not promote or contain any adult or illegal content.
The majority of your site must be in english.

Approval Process :
All sites will be reviewed and not all will be approved.
We will try to have sites/ads reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
Your banner will not go into rotation on our members sites until you have been approved.

Banner Requirements:
Banners must be within in one of the pre determined banner sizes. Images must not contain any adult content.
We do not allow flash or html for the security of our members and their users.

Banner Placement:
a. Banners must be placed in a visable section of your website and nowhere else.
Any website that requires side scrolling to see the banners or any other placement that is not seen by most visitors of your site may result in a warning or termination.
b. You are allowed to place up to but not more than Three banner codes on any one page of your site.

Cheaters:
We have many processes in place to catch cheaters so save everyone time and don't bother.
If you are found to be cheating your account will be removed quickly.

Code Modification :
The code we provide you must be left intact. Any attempt to manipulate how the ads are shown will result in account termination.

Policy Updates and Modifications.

We might update these policies at anytime. It is your responsibility to check back often and be aware of any policy changes.

Service Termination.

We reserve the right to cancel any account as we see necessary at any time. This is for our own and our members protections and is not used lightly.

Damages and Liability.

THE AUTHORS OF THIS WEBSITE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
